Why did we start?

Cypress Coast Homes is designed to make it easy to purchase a home.

We started this company in order to make buying a home easy. We change the way you have to pay for your home.

Instead of getting a mortgage with a big bank, or paying all cash between $50,000-$100,000, we take a small down payment with monthly payments.

How much are our homes?

We believe that regular people should be able to buy a home for the same price as renting.

Homes can be bought for as low as $3k down, $750 a month. Some will be more or less depending on condition.

This is our core philosophy – why rent, when you could buy?

Currently, we operate in Mahoning, Trumbull, and Stark Counties.

You can do whatever you like! Live in it, improve it, rent it out, sell it, it’s your choice. We just make it possible.

Most of our homes require some amount of work, but our buyers can live in them usually right after purchase.
